MIB 2

Dan Goldwasser Movie Reviews

Saw Men in Black II tonight. A whole bunch of us met up over at the Johnny Rockets at the Beverly Connection for dinner, but since I had a BBQ at Steve’s earlier that afternoon, I didn’t eat. We then went over to see the film, which, overall, was entertaining, funny, and a complete waste of celluloid. I mean, this wasn’t a film that needed to be made. I did enjoy it – but that’s when I shut off like 80% of my brain. “Frank the Dog” and Will Smith were the only really amusing parts of the film, and I don’t think anyone can complain about Lara Flynn Boyle in lingerie for almost the entire film. Elfman’s score was servicible and fun, and I look forward to the album.
