Yes, it’s Passover! That means, good food combined with nearly inedible matzah, for texture. We had 25 folks over for the seder, which was basically an attempt at organized chaos. It was great seeing everyone, and I’m thankful that I had barely eaten all day, because boy was I stuffed. Wowza. But it was all delicious – and the best part…. leftovers!
