We didn’t have enough time to go into Caesarea, so we stopped at the beach where the aqueduct ends, then headed to the entrance where we could press our faces against the fence and look in. Pretty! The drive back to Tel Aviv was not as dangerous, but with Eli at the wheel, it made for a white-knuckled ride at times. We got back to the hotel, and then had only a few minutes where we could change before we all had to meet down in the lobby and head to dinner. But it was long enough for me to make it up to the roof and check out the pool and the (amazing) view of Tel Aviv and the Mediterranean Sea.
