Red Sea Heat

Dan Israel (2003)

We had a late breakfast, the selection and display of which put the breakfasts in Tel Aviv to shame. I mean, this was just unbelievable! We then slobbered ourselves with sunscreen, and went outside. Oh man it’s hot here. It’s over 100 degrees, but it’s dry. As such, the moisture is just leaving your body by breathing – and my hands feel swollen. Weird! We walked around the promenade a little bit, and then made our way into the mall, where we cooled off with a refreshing drink. Eventually we worked our way back to the hotel room, and dad napped while I explored the hotel a little bit. I’s a huge place! Soon it was time to get ready for our camel ride.
