So I was told earlier this week that the Adelphia maintenance team had come out on tuesday, and fixed the issue on the main wire. Except my internet still didn’t work. So I had to call to get another certified technician to come out and see what they can do. The guy shows up around 6:30pm today, and goes up on the wire to get a reading – and he said that it’s terrible, and that clearly the maintenance team didn’t fix the problem. Urgh. So now he has to put in another request to get a team out here. And since it took almost 10 days to get them out in the first place, I’m wondering if I’ll be up and running before October 1. Seriously, this blows.
