Thanksgiving Gorging

Ah, the feast of 7,000 calories! What better way to spend the holiday than with soft brie covered in cranberry pepper jam with walnuts… or shrimp cocktail… or turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, jello mold, sweet potatoes, “spicy” stuffing (with sausage, no less!), 3 types of salads, and of course – for dessert – homemade pumpkin pie, pecan pie, and carrot cake. Ouch – I’m gonna be feeling this one for a while!
