Don’t ask how or why. But today, I cooked. For breakfast, I made the most perfect egg-white and cheddar omelette I’ve ever made in my life. I don’t know how I did it. I doubt I’d be able to ever replicate it again, in fact. Though I will try tomorrow. Went out for lunch to meet a friend, but this afternoon I went by Trader Joe’s to pick up some stuff to keep in the cabinet. Decided on a whim to pick up some “Soy Vay Veri Veri Teriyaki Sauce”. And so I marinated some chicken for dinner. And using my George Forman Grill, I cooked it. And holy crap, it was good. I should really cook more often.
