Made some hummus this morning – it came out really good, but I forgot to add olive oil and some lemon juice, which probably would have given it just a little extra “zing”. But still – it came out tasting almost as good as the Sabra hummus that I love oh-so-much! The funny part is, I’m using the Oster blender that my parents got as an engagement present, 36 years ago. Yes, it still works. But no, it doesn’t have a general “food processor” attachment (at least, none that I have), so I have been using the salad-dressing containers, which means I can only make a little hummus at a time.
