Pita: Round 3 (addendum)

Chris made a very good point this morning – my pita (which tastes like pretzel) – is excellent when toasted, with a little butter and salt. Much like – dare I say – a pretzel. Ok, so I’ve seemingly stumbled upon a decent pretzel recipe. Yay me. Still doesn’t solve my issue (and desire) to make good pita.
