For all of my life, I’ve attended the annual family Thankgsiving meal – but never cooked anything for it. Well, that all changed tonight, when I decided – on a whim, really – to make Lemon Bars. Liz had given me a recipe last night, and I figured I’d give it a go! If it worked, awesome. If it failed, I would have only sacrificed 2 eggs, some flour, some sugar, and some lemons. No real harm done! I forgot to take pictures as I went, but I think it came out just lovely! Whaddayathink?
