I have a scoring session tomorrow, and decided that I would make the lemon bars again, and bring them to the session. That way, I get to practice cooking them, and don’t have to eat all of them when they’re done! Also, it will positively affect my reputation among the musicians, since they love food! One thing is, I’ve noticed that my gas oven runs a little hot, and I need to get a stone for it to help even out the temperature. Anyways, here’s the progression of photos from the process:
