Last week I got a slow-cooker (i.e. crock pot) and finally had a chance to use it today. I made Swiss Chicken Casserole – really simple and easy. Chicken, swiss cheese, cream of mushroom soup, some milk and butter, and stuffing mix. 8.5 hours later, dinner is ready! Brian came over to hang out, so I not only was able to provide food, but we even ate at the dining room table – the first time a meal has been eaten on it in years!! (No pictures of the food, sorry! Maybe next time!)
