As I was about to run out to a meeting, I realized I had no idea what I was going to eat for dinner. I hadn’t used it in a while, so I decided to do a quick Crock Pot thing. Eschewing the recipe book I just bought, I decided to improvise. Tossed in some frozen chicken breasts, some frozen vegetables, some cheese, some Cream of Mushroom soup, some stuffing mix,and some spices. Five hours later, I have a very wet – but admittedly tasty – casserole!
Yes, it’s not the prettiest thing to look at – the Cream of Mushroom soup makes it gray and bland and the vegetables show up mostly as green. But it really did taste good!
