After the critical trouncing that was Spider-Man 3 (it was a box office success admittedly), director Sam Raimi returns to his horror roots with Drag Me to Hell.  This film is over-the-top, campy, relies on cheap thrills, and is never dull.  Translation: I loved it. Went to see Spider-Man tonight at a press screening. What a fun fun movie! Definitely a solid summer film – exciting, entertaining, funny, and it has heart, too! Can’t wait to check it out again. Also will be checking out Star Wars: Episode 2 – Attack of the Clones next Tuesday(!) – so I can’t wait to see that!
